We can now offer two new processes to the friction material industry.

Welding of Mesh to backing plates.
We now have the capability to automatically resistance weld, mesh to backing plates.
This is fast becoming the prefered method of bonding friction material to commercial vehicle plates.

Shot Blasting
Shot blasting is used as a plate preparation process by most friction material companies.
We can now Shot Blast prior to the plates being despatched.
